Sharon A Donovan
Dart, Adamson & Donovan is recognized as one of Utah's premier family law firms, handling all aspects of domestic practice and specializing in high-income divorces and complex marital estates. The attorneys in our family law section have over 130 years of combined family law experience and are routinely listed in Utah Business Magazine's "Legal Elite" and in the "Best Lawyers in America" for the area of family law.
The attorneys in our family law section practice family law exclusively and know how to properly represent families in transition. They understand that the complex relationships inherent in family law matters require strong, but empathetic legal representation that produces long term, individualized solutions, while minimizing harm to the family.
Our attorneys also know that litigating a family law matter is often not the best solution. To this end, our firm has been at the forefront of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) movement in Utah, and has been instrumental in developing such ADR techniques as mediation and collaborative family practice. Moreover, each member of our family law section is a trained domestic mediator and a member of Collaborative Family Lawyers of Utah.
Our family law section assists clients with the following issues:
* Adoptions
* Alimony/Spousal Support
* Child Custody and Support
